Our Organization
Avancent was created by Todd Rader in 2001 to bring the advantages of enterprise IT to mid-size and small organizations. Avancent brings the diverse IT leadership and IT operational skills needed with time-tested processes to deliver better value from IT. The company’s services are delivered through full-time, career employees and enterprise products from our partners.
Avancent services both IT leadership and IT operational needs as we believe strategy is stronger when it appreciates operations and operations are stronger when it pursues a strategy.

Avancent documents production information systems so that any qualified individual can perform any needed work. The documentation is provided to our clients' authorized contacts to ensure no dependency exists on Avancent.
Communications
Timely and succinct communications are an important element of service and effectiveness. Avancent trains it people and designs it processes to faciliate communications at key points.
