Avancent’s main office is located just off of Fairbanks Avenue in Winter Park, Florida.
From Interstate-4 exit at Fairbanks Avenue and head east towards Winter Park. At the first red light after the interchange turn south (right) onto Formosa Avenue. At the first street—less than a standard block—turn east (left) onto Kentucky Avenue. Avancent is half way down the block on the south side (right) at 1896. The narrow property includes a black wrought iron fence. Parking is available up front or on the side of the street.
